Birthing from WithinChildbirth Education
Meet other expectant parents and explore ideas about pregnancy, birth and parenthood. Gain practical and creative knowledge about how the body is uniquely created for childbirth and infant care.
Topics of discussion will include, but are not limited to: labor, birth, pain coping practices, creating a supportive environment, partner's role, birth fears, informed consent, postpartum care and an exploration through birth art.

An ideal time to start this class is around 30 weeks...this class is limited to six couples
