Do you wonder how you are supposed to rest, take care of yourself and your newborn, load the dishwasher, grocery shop, fix dinner or simply take a shower?

Momma Kneads Help has been created for today's new mommas!
Newborn Help and Post-Partum Support
The beginning of life is exhausting and sometimes overwhelming for new parents. Momma Kneads Help will visit after birth, will assist you with understanding and caring for your newborn and will help you establish a rhythm and routine for your new jobs as Mom and Dad. Baby massage instruction will encourage deep sleep, less gas and digestion discomfort, growth (great for preemies) and calm for babies and parents! We do not offer medical advice but know of many community resources. We can assist in finding appropriate services kneaded needed.
Massage
Prenatal and Post Partum in-home massage can be arranged with Certified and Registered Massage Therapists. Massage has many benefits for women preparing for and healing from birth. Gift certificates are available for purchase. Please call for fee schedule and details regarding the healthful benefits of massage during pregnancy.
Post Partum Fitness
Let us arrange personal post partum fitness training by local Physical Therapists that specialize in pelvic floor repair. Repairing after birth is essential to post partum care, now and in the future.
Personal Care and Linen Change
Let us help change the bed linens while you shower! Momma Kneads Help will bring you flowers, change your bed linens and assist you back to bed for rest, before or after the birth of your baby.
Light Housekeeping
Let us load the dishwasher, tidy the kitchen and get your living space a little more organized. We do not provide heavy housekeeping services, i.e.. bathrooms, heavy lifting, dusting and vacuuming. We are happy to assist you find a cleaning service that will provide services we do not cover.
Laundry Services
$10 a load...Momma Kneads Help will pick up, wash, dry, fold your laundry and deliver back to your house in 24 hours!
Errands and Grocery Shopping
We are happy to take care of all the little stuff that kneads needs to be taken care of, so that you can rest and prepare for or spend time bonding with your new baby. We can help you stock the nursery, return baby gifts, mail thank-you notes, buy the stationery needed to write the thank you notes, grocery shop, deliver pickles and ice-cream or pick up the dry cleaning.
Meal Preparation
We have several menu idea selections but are happy to fix most anything. Breakfast and lunch for moms on bed rest can be arranged. Dinner for two's make great gifts AND gift certificates are available...let us prepare dinner, set the table with your fine china and have dinner ready for Dad's arrival home. Call for fee schedule.

Fees for Service:
Services are billed accordingly:
1-4 hours: $27.50/hour. There is a two hour minimum
5-9 hours: $25.00/hour
10 or more hours: $22.50/hour
