Congratulations on this very exciting and significant time of life. Birth and Baby Kneads is a wonderful resource for you to find support, education and information throughout your pregnancy and beyond. We are always available to answer questions and share ideas and information.
Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which families can learn, connect with others, share and grow. Our mission is to educate and empower women and families in their personal choices and experiences in their pregnancy and parenting journey.
At Birth and Baby Kneads we have gathered certified instructors, nurses, a child life specialist and a clinical social worker to provide all of the birthing family's resources into one place. Our instructors offer evidence-based, unbiased education and information so that parents are better prepared for prenancy, birth, breastfeeding and the first year of life with their baby.
The idea of Birth and Baby Kneads was "conceived" by Jenny Simpson, Certified Infant Massage Instructor after teaching for 10 years in hospitals, office buildings and community centers. Thanks to the strong network of pediatricians, obstetricians, mid-wives and birth professionals, Birth and Baby Kneads opened in June 2007. Located at the Wellness Village at Starling, our beautiful space offers comfort, tranquility and peace to all that enter.

If calling is more convenient for you, we can by reached at 804-240-6779 from 10a - 1:30p and 3p - 6:30p, Monday through Friday. Weekend calls will be returned on Monday morning unless you need urgent help. Please know that if we do not answer, we may be helping another client or in a class or meeting, so please leave us a message so that we can return your call as soon as possible.
